One of our own celebrities – Sharpe Chef, Beth McMillen – took part it one of the monthly Space Coast radio debates between the Democratic and Republican party representatives. Assistant Director, Marine Resources Council (Environmental Services industry) and Chair of the Brevard County DEC (Democratic Executive Committee), Beth was quick to mention her international involvement in the ‘Sharpe Chefs’ projects and gave a short but accurate rundown of our purpose.
