“Sharpe Chefs II – on Campaign” was published on Monday November 10th. It is the companion book to “Sharpe Chefs” which came out last November (2007). It can be bought online at youbooks.co.uk and ordered from Waterstones. It is a wonderful selection of new recipes and historical stories, and it follows the campaign trail of Sharpe and his men. Also included are production photos from the latest Sharpe episodes – “Sharpe’s Peril” – by kind permission of the ITV, and a highly entertaining foreword by Bernard Cornwell, author of the Sharpe books. This time the charity benefiting is CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA, chosen for us by Bernard Cornwell. We look forward to raising as significant a sum for this charity as we have so far for the National Osteoporosis Society with the previous book.
